Medallion Bronze→Silver→Gold on Iceberg or Delta when DATA_PLANE_MODE=real (Spark/MinIO). Offline installs use a simulated preview path. Catalog sync targets Catalog Center — not Unity. See docs/ops/lakehouse.md.

How to get started

4. Wire notifications (Slack, Teams, email, webhooks) for operational events.
