Terms of Service
By using Zynvora you agree to acceptable use, payment terms for paid plans, and limitations of liability described in the full agreement presented at checkout or order form.
Enterprise Agreement
Enterprise customers execute an Order Form referencing MSA, SLA, and DPA. Precedence rules favor the Order Form for commercial terms.
Service Level Agreement
Enterprise Cloud targets 99.9% monthly API availability excluding scheduled maintenance. Credits are the sole remedy for SLA misses.
Data Processing Addendum
The DPA governs processor obligations, SCCs for international transfers, and assistance with data subject requests.
Acceptable Use Policy
No unlawful content, cryptomining on shared runners, attempted platform abuse, or bypassing security controls. Violations may suspend access.
