Zynvora, Inc. processes personal data to provide the Zynvora platform, support, and related services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under GDPR and CCPA.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, company), usage telemetry, support communications, and billing details. Customer content remains in customer-controlled systems unless explicitly configured otherwise.
GDPR & CCPA
EU/UK customers may designate Zynvora as processor under our DPA. California residents may request access, deletion, or opt-out of sale/sharing (we do not sell personal data).
Cookies
Essential cookies for authentication and security; optional analytics cookies with consent where required.
Retention
Account data retained while the subscription is active and for limited periods required by law or dispute resolution. Audit logs follow configured retention policies.
Subprocessors
Infrastructure, email, payments (Stripe/Razorpay), and support tooling. A current subprocessors list is available to customers under NDA via Trust Center.
